Official Fayette County criminal records must be requested from the public office that maintains them. The contacts below route court files to the Clerk and booking or custody questions to the Sheriff. This privately run site cannot receive filings, change a record, or provide certified copies.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept record-restriction filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
